Melodys stick longer than words -.-

ive been on this adventure for quite some time; ive actually lost track.
music is my life. worship music has been the song to everything i do. believe it or not,
music subconsciously affects every listener who hears. If you like lets say, hard core death metal or folk metal (yes, that exists.) your behavior and attitude reflects what you are influenced by which would include adult role models, and largely music.

Worship music is music with purpose. its not just there to pass the time while waiting at a doctors office or tuning out your parents lecture. Its music that glorifies a higher being. Music thats for a higher purpose. Just like everything your not accustomed to, sacrificing music of the world was sorta painful for me.

Whats the point? whats so hard about sacrificing music..
well, music is my escape and i used to always slide those soft white apple headphones in my ears when something was going to happen. tuning out was my remedy for all sorts of things. as the days progressed, i realized that even though i wasn't listening to worldly songs, the melodys sticked to me. i would just randomly start humming something from the black eyed peas and then id stop and ask god for forgiveness. i dont do it on purpose, it just comes to my memory. el papa de los mentirosos is very tricky this way. he uses your weakness and enlarges them and sets a temptation in front of you or sparks a little something to keep you following along.

Since we are children of god, we need to be careful and watch what comes out of our mouths. whether it be foul language or some song that we heard that we dont exactly know the meaning to from the radio. we need to be aware of everything. never let our guard down to what satan might try to entice us with.

those who know me best, KNOW that im in love with music. music is like writing, but a silent wordless form. Its beautiful. when i play the piano, Mozart seems to come alive through your fingers. each key i touch motions through an unrelenting vibration of keys hitting a string thats precisely woven and tightened to sound a specific melody. Music is awesome. no questions asked.

p.s: my thighs and my arms are on fire from conditioning..agh -.-
