One of the things that i could never do since i was little was waste alot of money.
i remember going to the store and looking for deals when i learned how to count. i would count up the ounces and figure out whether getting two big cans was better than a pack of six and so on. i would feel bad if we left wasting more than the amount we had striven not to pass.
now that im older, this habit has become an annoyance. i go shopping and i see this beautiful pair of pants and no lie, my heart literally flutters. but then i look at that white silky sheened tag, and BAM! the feelings gone and i walk away.
does that ever happen to you?
well, call me crazy but that happens to me all the time.
i have an eye for the good stuff, but my pocket doesnt always agree.
times like those are why i find my habit annoying. when i go shopping with other people,
even though its not my money..it hurts to see them pay the full price.
someday id like to go out and not even think about it.
for just a day, more would be pleasant. but i dont want to be spoiled, really i dont. ill get too carried away with it all. no, im lying. having more than enough would be nice. but seriously, theres more to life than money.
Since so many people have lost their jobs,
im most likely not the only one that thinks about this stuff.
im positive about that. ironically, its really nice to have just what i need.
i dont own things that ill never use because frankly i couldn't afford
it anyways. this shortage has taught me alot.
it taught me that the best things in life cant be bought. the best things in life are free. God said,"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart."(Psalm 37:4). when you have him; you have it all. your never short of anything. He knows what you need, he just likes to hear you ask him. cause if you ask him, then basically your acknowledging the need. i guess whatever stays constant is whats worth living for.
i would die for my brother, i would really. i love him, why wouldn't i?
It reminds me of how God died for us. hes died for his children cause he loves them. he didnt do it cause he thought it was fun or cause he wanted to experience a new adventure. NO. he died on the cross because he loved us. His love is not like our love, no sirie. his love is amazing, explosive, and contagious. our love is sometimes hypocritical, like when a 12 year old says,"oh, i love you babe" to their first boyfriend/girlfriend. yeah, apparently sometimes people say those three words to much, or use it inappropriately. thats my point exactly. But God, no he wasnt hypocritical or boastful. He was humble and he truly loves his children. not with a human love, but an indescribable Godly love. now when you come to think about it, arent we lucky<3 some dont know Him cause if they did..oooof, they'd never turn back. His love fulfills a cup till it overflowing, his love no pen can never tell so accurately. it reaches to the highest star and to the lowest hell. how amazing. mmmm, Jesus i love him.
oh! i almost forgot!
well, Some dumb person abnormally chews large amounts of gum and left it on the floor today.
i come and i dont see it. "plop!"
i sit on it. best part is..i just bought these pants on Saturday. oh, and it got on my patriots jacket too. youd expect me to have had a horrible day, but i didnt. Today was really nice. One of my friends, neppie, was having a bad day so i made him feel better when i told him i sat on gum today. well, okay..he laughed but whatever. at least i made someone smile today. Hey, i even made myself laugh. i was laughing at myself the whole time.
ugh, school tommorow. pray please for my exam! :)
P.S:
oh, how i love him. Savior and friend.
Thanks.
